Tania Kelley, Founder and President
Tania founded A Team Staffing in January 2002. With experience in human resources, staffing and real estate industries, she was convinced that a staffing firm focused on real estate and quality would become a trusted extension of clients’ businesses and an invaluable resource for job seekers. Combining industry knowledge, integrity, respect and just plain good business practices has brought A Team the success she envisioned. Today, with twenty years of industry experience, Tania is a hands-on president, interviewing prospective candidates while providing knowledge, skill and leadership to guide the business every day. She has served as a board member of Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, where she was director of fundraising from 2002 to 2012, and has been a board member of Los Angeles Escrow Association since 2004. Tania still finds time to enjoy a game of golf, yoga, and hiking with her Weimaraners.
Brian Lee, Director of Client Services
Brian joined A Team in August 2003 as a recruiter. After twelve years matching talented real estate industry candidates with specialized client needs, Brian now spearheads new business development while continuing to serve clients and make successful assignments. Brian compares assignment-making to love at first sight. “I often meet someone for the first time and immediately envision him fitting perfectly with a client I know well.” He also likes knowing he can change somebody’s life for the better, every single day. After earning a B.A. in Humanities at Arizona State, Brian worked as a fundraiser and special events coordinator at the Arthritis Foundation. Now proud dad to a brood of two boys, two dogs and more than a few chickens, Brian enjoys running, playing golf and cheering (loudly) for his Arizona State Sun Devils.
