Your real estate staffing partner.

Brian and Tania at A Team have been a major resource for us in finding dependable and competent temporary employees. They clearly understand the requirements we are looking for and consistently provide candidates that are prepared to be functional and productive.

Tania and Brian are a valuable resource for our business. They keep their standards very high when it comes to referring temporary employees. Thank you! -County Escrow Manager

A Team Staffing is one of the greatest agencies I’ve worked with. Our company has utilized A Team for a number of years now and we still rank them as our top agency because of their quality candidates and customer service. The staff at A Team is always available, professional and great with follow up.

When you need title, escrow and mortgage staffing, A Team is the company to contact. A Team conducts a very detailed interview with their candidates. They really know the abilities and personalities of the individuals and let you know how they will fit with the personalities of your office. A Team provides you with options and realizes it is not just filling a space with a body. It is much more important to match individuals with opportunities to succeed.

Thanks so much! You know, she did not know RBJ, but said she was a fast learner, and RBJ is a real user-friendly system. She picked up up pretty quickly. I didn’t have her figure files or prepare sale escrow instructions, but she was able to navigate around the software easily, preparing letters and dropping docs into the E-Folder upon request. She is a very pleasant person, very easy to work with, and always asking if there was something else she could do, which I appreciated! Thanks again!

Our group of companies has worked with A-Team Staffing for almost 10 years.  Their responsiveness and professionalism is unmatched.  Tania and Brian have made it a point to understand the dynamic and environment for each of our offices.

We feel very fortunate to have such a great partnership with them!

I am happy to share that my experience with A Team Staffing has been nothing but great. I’ve been working with A Team Staffing for a few years now. They are my go-to when I am in a bind and need coverage. Brian is always easy to talk to and he always understands exactly what I am looking for. Thank you A Team Staffing!!!!

Brian Lee is amazing at what he does. He has assisted our company over the years with many temp positions in our time of need. Recently he provided our company with two direct hire employees at multiple locations and the process was not only smooth and flawless it was so quick and effortless as well. His experience and attention to detail of what we wanted put all of the heavy lifting on his shoulders and we could not be happier. Hats off to Brian on another job WELL DONE!!!

Brian and A Team Staffing were amazing to work with. In the past, temp agencies made you feel like they were trying to extort as much money from you as possible, whereas Brian was a true collaborator in helping us find the right fit. He also cared about his temp, calling regularly to see how she was doing. Will do business again.

I have great faith in Tania and A Team Staffing!! My past dealings with her have resulted in great service experiences each and every time we’ve worked together. Her focus and commitment to providing our organization with the BEST people in the staffing industry has made her company and mine a great partnership!
