Thanks so much! You know, she did not know RBJ, but said she was a fast learner, and RBJ is a real user-friendly system. She picked up up pretty quickly. I didn’t have her figure files or prepare sale escrow instructions, but she was able to navigate around the software easily, preparing letters and dropping docs into the E-Folder upon request. She is a very pleasant person, very easy to work with, and always asking if there was something else she could do, which I appreciated! Thanks again!

Brian and Tania are amazing!

Tania appears to be the gateway to A Team Staffing, vetting applicants/candidates. She has extensive experience in the Southern California real estate market place and has a great knowledge of the history of a significant amount of high level executives that she has worked with over the years. It was refreshing talking to someone that understands the constant changes or turnover of real estate executives and brokerages in SoCal.

Brian stepped in to create some magic with his matchmaking experience looking for the perfect opportunity and to make sure that I wasn’t under valuing my experience during a tough employment period where unemployment was/is at an all time high during a world wide pandemic. He’s a great career counselor and will talk honestly with you about opportunities.

It took Brian and Tania no longer than 3 weeks to find my dream opportunity. I absolutely love working with Tania and Brian at A Team Staffing. Since they specialize in the real estate industry, they are able to focus on securing escrow positions for me.  I can call them up on any given day to let them know I’m available to work and within hours they have an assignment for me!  They know their clients and candidates really well and work hard to make sure everyone is satisfied!
