I didn’t have her figure files or prepare sale escrow instructions, but she was able to navigate around the software easily, preparing letters and dropping docs into the E-Folder upon request. She is a very pleasant person, very easy to work with, and always asking if there was something else she could do, which I appreciated! Thanks again!

Brian and Tania are amazing!

Tania appears to be the gateway to A Team Staffing, vetting applicants/candidates. She has extensive experience in the Southern California real estate market place and has a great knowledge of the history of a significant amount of high level executives that she has worked with over the years. It was refreshing talking to someone that understands the constant changes or turnover of real estate executives and brokerages in SoCal.

Brian stepped in to create some magic with his matchmaking experience looking for the perfect opportunity and to make sure that I wasn’t under valuing my experience during a tough employment period where unemployment was/is at an all time high during a world wide pandemic. Great company! I came to them after working as a marketing coordinator for a real estate group – and being very unhappy. I was unsure if I wanted to work for an agent again, and had a higher salary requirement than most agents want to pay support staff. A Team found me a very unique position with a real estate related company, where I worked with brokerages but did not work directly under an agent. Also they got me over my required salary amount! They’re amazing!
