Thanks so much! You know, she did not know RBJ, but said she was a fast learner, and RBJ is a real user-friendly system. She picked up up pretty quickly. I didn’t have her figure files or prepare sale escrow instructions, but she was able to navigate around the software easily, preparing letters and dropping docs into the E-Folder upon request. She is a very pleasant person, very easy to work with, and always asking if there was something else she could do, which I appreciated! Thanks again!
